Using a heart rate monitor makes it possible to train at your own ideal pace and intensity, maximizing your training benefits. Heart rate monitor capabilities are available on PM2, PM2+, PM3, and PM4 monitors. The heart rate equipment you can use depends on which monitor you have. Concept2 offers the following accessories for monitoring your heart rate. Note: The purchase of a PM4 monitor includes a built-in heart rate receiver using ANT Technology and a Suunto chest belt transmitter.
