The external LogCard reader will make it easier for you to transfer data from your LogCard to your windows PC or Mac. With a LogCard reader, it will no longer be necessary to have your computer within a cable's length of your PM3 or PM4. Simply plug the card reader into a USB socket, and insert the LogCard into it. You can then use the free LogCard Utility Software to transfer your workout data to your computer.
The Athena LogCard Reader is designed to work with the Concept2's LogCard Utility program, and not the Concept2 LogBook program, RowPro or other third party software products.
