We want you to feel motivated and excited to exercise on the Concept2 Indoor Rower, especially now that it's May and cold, wet weather is more frequent! We have put together a free 1-month training program to help you on your way to a winter of health, fitness and feeling good!
Whether you’re new to the Concept2 Indoor Rower, are trying to get back into it after a break, or just looking to add a bit of rowing into your existing exercise schedule- we have the program for you!
Our ‘Motivation May’ training program provides one month of workout structure, to help you build your rowing ability in a gradual, achievable way that will keep you motivated and excited about improving both fitness and technique.
The program is suitable for beginners through to regular rowers; you can follow it to the letter, or supplement with other exercise if you want more. No matter where you started from, by the end of the month you will be fit and ready to complete 5 meaningful rowing workouts in one week, ranging from 15mins-30mins in duration.
