Performance Monitor

Every RowErg includes our most advanced monitor, the PM5. Sophisticated yet easy to use, the PM5 provides accurate, comparable data for every row. A backlight increases visibility, compatibility with USB flash drives makes storing your workout data a breeze, and you can wirelessly monitor your heart rate. (Chest Belt sold separately). The adjustable monitor arm lets you position the monitor where you prefer.

Flywheel and Damper

Our indoor rowers respond to your effort on every stroke, so you are in full control of your exertion and resistance at all times. The spiral damper allows you to easily adjust the airflow to the flywheel, so you can change the feel of the stroke to suit your preference. The flywheel design minimizes noise while maximizing a smooth feel.

Low Profile

With its 14” (35.6 cm) seat height, the RowErg standard legs keeps a low profile.

Storage and Mobility

The RowErg  features a quick-release framelock mechanism, so you can easily separate the machine into two pieces for storage. Caster wheels on the front foot allow you to roll the fully-assembled machine into position.

Adjustable Footrests and Ergonomic Handle

We use adjustable footrests on our indoor rowers for quick and easy sizing. (Footrests accommodate a wide range of shoe sizes.) Our comfortable, ergonomic handle features a 10 degree bend that allows you to row with a natural arm and hand position.

Nickel Plated Chain

Nickel plated chain: looks good and works hard. The nickel plating allows for longer periods between oiling, so, even if maintenance isn’t your strong suit, the RowErg will still feel silky smooth during your next workout.

Stainless Steel Track

We cap the aluminum monorail with a stainless-steel track to ensure a smooth, gliding seat movement.

Service Warranty

Frame Parts—Five Year Limited Warranty
Concept2 will replace or repair, at our discretion, the frame parts listed below that fail due to a defect in materials or work-manship for a period of five (5) years from date of purchase of your Concept2 Indoor Rower. This warranty is fully transferable to each subsequent owner of your indoor rower during the term of the warranty should you sell it or give it away. This warranty does not cover: damage to the finish of your machine; damage sustained as a result from neglect, abuse or failure to follow indoor rower maintenance requirements (see Maintenance); shipping charges or labour for installation of any parts shipped to you under warranty.
The Five Year Warranty applies to the following parts:
- Rear leg assembly
- Monorail (excluding stainless steel track)
- Seat frame
- Monorail hangers & bolt tubes
- Footplates
- Metal box arm
- Chain guide brackets
- Monitor mount arm
- Front legs
- Front foot bar (excluding caster wheels)
- Flywheel axle & bearings
- All screws & bolts
- Flywheel cover (including inner & outer pans, outlet perf)
 
All Other Parts – Two Year Limited Warranty
Concept 2 will replace or repair, at our option, any part (excluding monitor batteries) that fails for any reason for a period of two (2) years from date of purchase of your Concept2 Indoor Rower.
This warranty extends to the original purchaser of the product and is fully transferable to each subsequent owner of your
Indoor Rower during the term of the warranty should you sell it or give it away.
This warranty does not cover: damage to the finish of your machine; damage sustained as a result from neglect, abuse or failure to follow indoor rower maintenance requirements (see Maintenance); shipping charges or labour for installation of any parts shipped to you under warranty.
 
Maintenance
The consumer must perform, or have performed, the following maintenance in order to keep the warranty in effect:
a. Clean and Lubricate the Chain: The chain must be cleaned and lubricated at least every 50 hours. If the indoor rower is used in an institutional setting, then the chain must be cleaned and lubricated at least once a week.

b. Disassembly of Monitor Prohibited: Any attempt to disassemble the performance monitor will void the warranty with respect to those components.

c. Seat Roller Performance: The monorail must be kept clean in order for the seat rollers to be covered by this warranty.

Note that seat rollers are deemed to be normal wear items on the indoor rower. Daily cleaning of the monorail, as recommended in the maintenance section of the owner’s manual, will reduce wear of seat rollers.
